Assessments for Understanding Human Social Cultural Behaviours

On the courses you will learn about some of these are some of the surveys.

With 5 Deep  we have developed a range of on-line assessments. We have worked closely with Dr. Don Beck to convert his paper Spiral Dynamics Integral assessments since 1997. 5 Deep have developed an extensive range to to a true integral approach.

 

These assessments include:

  • CopingView – Developed from Form A but adding another values level.
  • CopingView A – the original proven hidden values assessment.
  • CopingView B – An alternative to CopingView and CopingView A when a second assessment is needed.
  • CopingVIew C – more in-depth cover values and 1st, 2nd and 3rd person.
  • CultureView CS2 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. Goes to the 8th system. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook.
  • CultureView CS3 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. Now includes an assessment of Introvert and Extrovert. Goes to the 8th system. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook.
  • CultureView CS4 – covers values, change states, personal priorities, job and culture fit, left right brain and Entrepreneurial, Transformational and Translational management styles. Now includes an assessment of Introvert and Extrovert. Goes to the 8th system. and shows the acceptance and rejection of the systems. Developed with Christopher Cooke and Dr John Cook
  • CultureView CS3 Community – similar to CultureView CS3 but set in a community context.
  • MindsetView – a short assessment for values and change states.
  • ChangeView – a detailed assessment of change preferences – how comfortable you are with you current life conditions and how you like change to evolve. It is normal to use this assessment with CopingVIew A and CopingView to indicate if there will be a shift in values systems.

 

Assessments for Understanding Social and Cultural Dynamics – The most popular on-line assessment used by business and organisation is CultureView CS3. Training to Level 1 is required before these assessment can be used unless you work with a qualified practitioner such Christopher Cooke or Dr John Cook. We have taster sessions available.
